Innovative water treatment: our single and multi-layer filters for optimum quality
Filtration is an important part in the treatment of water. The requirements of DIN 19605 and DIN 19643 for the treatment of water used in swimming and wading pools enables safe and effective operation of the filtration. Maintenance of the level of water quality and the water parameters specified by DIN 19643 requires a higher level of dirt retention and good flushability of the filter. The hydraulic conditions in the filter case have been optimised to achieve equal flow in order to reduce particles; the rinsing conditions have been optimised to ensure very clear water at the filter outlet. These conditions enable the use of activated carbon so as to reduce chlorine by-products without meaning that this light filter material is washed away during flushing. The design and the high quality of the production of our filter cases ensures good water quality over many years.
The importance of filtering water
To ensure good and constant water quality in terms of hygiene, safety and appearance, the size and equipment of the filter system should follow the burden and impurity level of the water. The task of a filter is to use a corresponding filter medium to remove turbidity from the water.
The treatment success requires an appropriate soiling guidance system (e.g. the pool hydraulics of a swimming and wading pool) and good filter flushability. Together with compliance with the operating conditions, these factors are very important. Compliance with the requirements of the DIN 19605 standard ensures safe and effective filtration.
