Piston dosing pumps

Piston dosing pumps are particularly precise dosing units, which are not dependent on pressure. The dosing capacity varies proportionally with the stroke length and can be set to the tiniest repeatable quantities. Two-piston pumps are therefore particularly suitable for delivering precise mixtures, where different media must be mixed at a constant ratio which can be selected as desired. Using externally controlled drive motors, the total quantity can be adjusted continuously between 5% and 100% at a constant ratio. Heated heads allow the dosing of media that are torpid when cold. A piston flushing skirt is available as an option, to prevent damaging leakage and protect the packing materials and pistons from abrasive substances.

FEDOS E/DX

A classic piston dosing pump: tradition meets innovative technology

The FEDOS E and FEDOS DX combine the properties of the FEDOS series working reliably for many years with the latest requirements in metering technology.

Due to an improved flexibility and the further development of individual components, it can be integrated even more efficiently in metering processes. Heads and pistons are the same as for the previous pumps so that the continuity of spare parts keeping and service is ensured.

REKOS KR/ZKR

The large piston dosing pump: power meets precision

REKOS pumps are available as Type KR single-piston dosing pumps and Type ZKR double-piston dosing pumps. The advantages of the piston dosing pump are its low dependence on the back pressure and the linear change in dosing quantity with the stroke length.

These dosing pumps are therefore well-suited to proportional dosing, where the stroke length is changed in dependence on a remote control signal.

FEDOS E
FEDOS E - the classic piston metering pump! The FEDOS E is used when no control unit is required for constant dosing. The motor is connected directly to the terminal box. Rotary and alternating current motors are available for the FEDOS E. To adjust the dosing capacity, the stroke length can be adjusted mechanically or the speed of the three-phase motor can be controlled with a separate frequency converter. An electric actuator is optionally available to control the stroke length. Features & benefits Suitable for precise mixing tasks Capacity range 0.17 to 31.5 l/h, up to 100 bar Low dependence on back pressure Linear change in dosing quantity with the stroke length Automatic stroke length adjustment (optional) plunger drive with easy-to-operate capacity adjustment Suitable for frequency converter operation Optional flushing lantern
