Injection nozzles for chlorine solution
Introducing chlorine solution into water
Injection nozzles for chlorine are purpose-built fittings used to introduce the chlorine solution (hypochloric acid) supplied by the total vacuum chlorinators into the water to be treated. The complete injection nozzle consists of the injection pipe screwed into the water carrying line, the shutoff valve and the non-return valve.
Features & Benefits
- The injection pipe (type I) enables the spraying of the dosing chemical in the centre of the pipe line, and ensures good mixing.
- The non-return function (type R) prevents fluids from the pressurised system from flowing back into the ejector.
- A shutoff valve (type A) enables the dosing system to separate from the pressurised system and provides a secure shutoff during longer downtimes.
