Horizontal centrifugal pumps

Lutz horizontal centrifugal pumps with magnetic coupling from the TMB, AM and TMR series are sealless and environmentally safe. No shaft seals are required due to the non-contact magnetic force transmission of the drive. No leakages arise and the pump housing is hermetically sealed. High-quality materials and special design features guarantee a long service life. Thanks to the patented "magnetic axial thrust compensation", the TMR series, version "R" is suitable for dry running.

3.9 m³/h
Horizontal centrifugal pump, centrifugal pump series TMB
For aggressive, corrosive and toxic liquids
Description: The TMB series was specially developed for installation in small systems and apparatus. The single-stage centrifugal pump offers robust technology in the smallest of spaces. It is driven by a magnetic coupling Application examples: Acids, alkalis, acid and alkali mixtures, solvents, alkaline degreasing baths, galvanic baths, photographic chemicals Features & advantages Variable connection options Compact dimensions, needs-based performance connections with BSP thread or hose nozzle Ideal for mobile use Motor and pump are mechanically separated
Horizontal
48 m³/h
Horizontal centrifugal pump, centrifugal pump series TMR
For aggressive, corrosive and toxic liquids
Description: The TMR series is a reliable magnetic drive pump that easily masters even critical operating conditions thanks to its patented magnetic axial thrust compensation. Drive via magnetic coupling with patented magnetic axial thrust compensation Application examples: Acids, alkalis, acid and alkali mixtures, solvents, alkaline degreasing baths, galvanic baths, photographic chemicals Suitable for dry running for medium and large flow rates Features & advantages Variable connection options Compact dimensions, needs-based performance Also suitable for liquids with high density The "R" bearing system is suitable for dry running thanks to "magnetic axial thrust equalisation" Motor and pump are mechanically separated threaded or flanged connections
Horizontal
12 m³/h
Horizontal centrifugal pump, centrifugal pump series AM
For aggressive, corrosive and toxic liquids
Description: The AM series was specially developed for the medium performance segment in plant and apparatus engineering. High-quality housing and bearing materials enable customised adaptation to almost any conveying task. Driven by a magnetic coupling Application examples: Acids, alkalis, acid and alkali mixtures, solvents, alkaline degreasing baths, galvanic baths, photographic chemicals Features & advantages Variable connection options Compact dimensions, needs-based performance Also for liquids with high density Version "R" conditionally suitable for dry running Motor and pump are mechanically separated Connections with BSP thread or hose nozzle
