Suspensomat

Dissolve dry material suspended in water

With the Suspensomat, it is possible to pre-dissolve the dry substances using the preparation water so that they are homogeneously distributed when they are fed into the containers. The Suspensomat makes it easy to pre-dissolve or wet the dry substances using the preparation water that is required anyway, so that they are homogeneously distributed when they are fed into the containers. It is also advisable to install an agitator for the preparation chamber.

Mixing device

Intensive mixing with water

The mixing device consists of an axial flow chamber with perforated plates at the inlet and outlet. The medium to be diluted enters on the inlet side and is divided into many individual jets by the perforated plate. The dilution water connection is located directly behind this in a tangential feed. It is important that the concentrate is mixed intensively with the water in order to achieve a homogeneous dilution. The mixing device fulfils this requirement.

Dust collector

Prevention of dust formation and deposits

When filling dry material feeders in batches, e.g. from bags, unacceptable dust formation can occur. e.g. from bags, unauthorised dust formation can occur. This leads to a negative impact on the working environment due to dusty breathing air and possibly harmful deposits on neighbouring equipment. By using the dust collector, dust formation is largely prevented to the outside and extracted in a targeted manner.
