Horizontal progressive cavity pumping unit B70H Industry
Description:
The B70H is a modification of our B70V and is designed for horizontal use on a transport trolley. It can be used in situations where the B70V reaches its spatial or handling limits and thus rounds off our range of progressing cavity pumps with a mobile version. The pump is suitable for pumping aqueous to highly viscous Newtonian and non-Newtonian media as well as media containing solids and shear-sensitive media. However, it is also used in explosion-protected zones for aggressive and highly flammable liquids with high delivery pressure.
- simple upgrade of the stator from 25.1 to 75.1 possible
- Horizontal design
- optionally with stainless steel transport trolley with normal or conductive castors.
Features & advantages
- can be conveyed with low room height
- No physical strain due to heavy lifting
- Mobility is provided by the transport trolley
- Simple resizing possible
- Easy handling of pumps with high weight
- Approved in accordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, category 1/2

* The maximum flow rate is a value determined by means of a test bench and measured with water at a liquid temperature of approx. 20 °C . The measurement is taken at the pressure joint of the pump, without hose, nozzle or flow meter. The achievable flow rate in use is lower and depends on the individual application, the liquid properties and the configuration of the pump. The max. delivery head also depends on the pump design, motor and fluid. The viscosity values are determined with oil.
** Test assembly: Medium water / diesel, flow in preferred direction, settling section 0.2 m upstream and downstream of flow meter
