EASYZON L/M/H
Chlorine dioxide system EASYZON L/M/H
The EASYZON L/M/H automatically draws and mixes precisely measured quantities of acid and chlorite from the respective chemical containers under vacuum. The chlorine dioxide solution produced is discharged into a product storage tank as a diluted solution under atmospheric pressure with a precisely controlled flow of cold water. The systems from 5 - 40 g/h already have an integrated 8.5 litre product tank. Fresh chlorine dioxide is always automatically replenished by means of level sensors.
The EASYZON L/M/H is a compact system for the on-site production of chlorine dioxide that is characterised by its reliable function and simple operation.
Features & advantages
- Safe handling of chemicals that are removed from containers under vacuum
- the vacuum process for suctioning the starting chemicals allows significantly longer suction distances compared to conventional dosing pump suction lines
- precise control of the chemical volume flows using flow meters to optimise efficiency
- the product concentration can be set from 250 - 2000 mg/l ClO2 by measuring the dilution water quantity
- is prepared for the connection of up to 3 dosing pumps
- Control unit with display of operating parameters
- Password-protected user level
- Alarm event log with real-time recording
- Accurate measurement and data storage of chemical consumption
- Telemetry access (optional) via mobile SMS for monitoring and alerting of empty chemical containers
- Low costs over the entire service life

* The maximum flow rate is a value determined by means of a test bench and measured with water at a liquid temperature of approx. 20 °C . The measurement is taken at the pressure joint of the pump, without hose, nozzle or flow meter. The achievable flow rate in use is lower and depends on the individual application, the liquid properties and the configuration of the pump. The max. delivery head also depends on the pump design, motor and fluid. The viscosity values are determined with oil.
** Test assembly: Medium water / diesel, flow in preferred direction, settling section 0.2 m upstream and downstream of flow meter
