Centrifugal submersible pump B80 HME
Description:
The B80 HME series is a version with a bearingless cantilever design that is coupled directly to the IEC motor. Specially designed for plant engineering and confined installation conditions. It can be operated in dry installation next to the tank, thus facilitating access for maintenance and repair work. The pump is suitable for pumping and circulating neutral, corrosive and mechanically contaminated liquids. Can also be used for stationary installation in the chemical industry and process engineering, in surface and electroplating technology and in gas scrubbers.
- Temporarily also possible in dry operation
- Directly coupled in bearingless cantilever design
- available in immersion depths from 275 - 450 mm
Features & advantages
- Compact dimensions
- Service-friendly dry installation
- Extremely low-vibration and low-wear operation
- Self-centring alignment in the bearing shell
- All components in contact with the medium are made of corrosion-resistant plastic

* The maximum flow rate is a value determined by means of a test bench and measured with water at a liquid temperature of approx. 20 °C . The measurement is taken at the pressure joint of the pump, without hose, nozzle or flow meter. The achievable flow rate in use is lower and depends on the individual application, the liquid properties and the configuration of the pump. The max. delivery head also depends on the pump design, motor and fluid. The viscosity values are determined with oil.
** Test assembly: Medium water / diesel, flow in preferred direction, settling section 0.2 m upstream and downstream of flow meter
