Medical and other public facilities that supply drinking water to third parties, the food industry and the animal husbandry industry require high-quality drinking water as the prerequisite to correct operation. The heating of drinking water in circulating warm water lines with multiple branches requires the dosing of a disinfectant with a depot effect. This successfully combats, kills and inactivates Legionella and other pathogens in drinking water and prevents them from multiplying.  

This is where chlorine dioxide comes into play – a powerful disinfectant that works effectively to eliminate pathogens and stops them from multiplying. Unlike some other chemicals, chlorine dioxide is not suitable for storage and must therefore be produced directly on site and dosed into the water circuit from basic chemicals as required. This is performed safely and precisely using special chlorine dioxide systems that satisfy the latest and strictest standards.

These systems, in combination with advanced measurement and control technology, form a complete disinfection system that will work independently and reliably for years. In addition to public facilities, Lutz-Jesco products are also used in animal husbandry, aquaria and even in the provision of a drinking water supply in sports facilities, for example in showers.

Chlorine dioxide system EASYZON 5 The right dose of disinfection EASYZON 5 is a compact chlorine dioxide system for the on-site production of chlorine dioxide that is characterised by the high product stability of the chlorine dioxide. The concentrated stock solution is produced on site and is still effective after a storage period of 24 hours.
