Calcium hypochlorite – perfect for smaller swimming pools

To the products

Calcium hypochlorite (CHC) is a disinfectant that is especially suited to small swimming pools. It is normally used in dosing stations equipped with various chamber or dissolving systems to transform the granules into a ready-to-use solution. Decanting the granules can result in the production of potentially hazardous CHC dusts.

Our solution to this problem, the EASYCHLORMIX CHC dosing station is delivered in a special container with a capacity of 25 or 60 litres. The granules in the container are filled with water up to four times. This process can be documented either via a special app or by removing a banderole.

The solution is constantly pressed in the delivery package by a modified aerator and is stirred and held as a solution. This dosing medium can be added to the swimming and wading pool water via a dosing pump such as the MAGDOS LDp, controlled via measurement and control technology or a water meter. The dosing quantity of the approximately 5% chlorine solution is a maximum of 15 litres per hour, which is sufficient for a volume flow of approximately 350 m³/h in accordance with DIN 19643.

After use, the tank containing the sediment of insoluble particles is returned, which avoids the time-consuming regular cleaning of the dosing container that conventional systems require.

TOPAX
Your versatile partner in measurement and control technologyWithits modular design, the multi-channel controller proves to be an adaptable and extremely competent companion for various measurement and control tasks. The modularity of the multi-channel controller makes it possible to record a wide range of measurement parameters such as chlorine, pH value, redox value or even quadruple pH value measurements in any conceivable combination, and the outputs are also freely selectable. Dosing pumps can be controlled via optocouplers or relays, as well as actuators via relays or a 20 mA output. The colour display with a very high resolution shows a user-friendly user interface. The user-friendliness is rounded off by simple touch operation and multilingual, intuitive menu navigation.Free digital outputs can be configured as required. Regardless of whether they are to switch in the event of low sample water, measured value overflow, measured value underflow or other possible alarm triggers: There are no limits to the configuration. You can use the four analogue outputs (0/4 - 20 mA) or the network capability to forward measured values to a web browser or a remote control station. An adjustable time interval can be used, for example, to automatically remind you to replace sensors due to wear and tear, anddata such as measured values, settings and alarm messages can be easily saved to a USB stick via a USB interface. Core functions of the multi-channel controller at a glance: Modular design of the inputs and outputs Up to four sensors and up to four additional temperature sensors Freely configurable overviews Differential value measurement (e.g. ∆pH) Graphic display of the setpoint deviation Up to four setpoint sets can be configured and loaded via digital input or timer control Service entries and sensor changes can be saved Limit value control (can be used as DIN contact for partial load operation in accordance with DIN 19643) 1 - 9 potential-free relay outputs Web server and Modbus protocol via Ethernet Trend display Large colour touch display Data storage on a USB stick
