Protection against fluid chlorine
Fluid chlorine in vacuum regulators can cause severe contamination and sometimes even damage to the PVC. Therefore, the ingress of fluid chlorine into the devices must be avoided and the use of a moisture eliminator to protect the dosing devices is recommended. Moisture eliminators are vertical containers in which fluid chorine collects. Liquid chlorine in the container slowly evaporates by the energy in the atmosphere or by means of a heating collar which heats up the moisture eliminator.
